About Me
As a professional web designer, I have experience in designing for both large online projects and smaller more self contained web sites. All design work that I undertake has Usability and Accessability at the heart of its creation. This is one reason that I find web design such an exciting field, there is always something to learn and someone to learn from. For each new project I work on I utilise previous experience, plus new skills gained.
Before taking the leap into the world of Freelance, I worked as Web Design Manager at First Choice Holidays. First Choice is one of the UK's biggest tour operators with a full e-commerce presence across all it's brands.
Beginning my move from print design on to the web in 1999, I was the only web designer within First Choice. Over time, my enthusiasm for web design has spread throughout the company. As Web Design Manager, I have left a small team of web designers who will maintain this enthusiasm and the design standards of First Choice owned sites.
